Re·build(rēˈbild) - build (something) again after it has been damaged or destroyed. This is how we feel about the current status of health and fitness. We feel strongly enough about anyone and everyone being able to learn how to really GAIN CONTROL of their bodies through the basic movements achieved by the programs and information on this site. When people can learn how to control their bodies, they can do whatever it is they want to do and not feel disconnected from their body.

Dr. Wesley Hendricks

Wes received his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2014 from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. He then completed his clinical externship at Beth Israel Hospital’s Spine Center. Wes is obsessed with pursuing all forms of movement(just not fitness), believing you need to move your body in as many different ways as possible and not limit yourself to the planned linear motions found inside the gym. This he believes is not only the secret to longevity but also how to avoid injury.

When not in the clinic, Wes is moving ALOT! Spending hours a day exploring Gymnastic strength training, Olympic lifting, Power Lifting, Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Rock climbing and Surfing.

“Before beginning a program of physical inactivity, consult your doctor. Sedentary living is abnormal and dangerous to your health.”

- Frank Forencich

Benny, an American Staffordshire Terrier, is originally from Maui, Hawaii. He is very well traveled, living in Portland, Boston and now Charleston. He enjoys taking naps on the couch and chasing squirrels. You can find Benny helping out Dr. Hendricks in the gym or clinic. If you see Benny make sure to give him a high five, or better yet … a treat!

“The more I know about people, the more I love my dog.”

– Mark Twain
