Desk Mobility Flow

I used to have a job where I was on my feet, being active, never stuck in the same position for an extended period of time. And…. I gave that up to sit at a desk all day!

Fortunately I love my job working remotely with people all over the word. Im no longer limited to only being able to help people that can see me in person. With that said, I totally understand peoples pain when they attempt to move for the first time after being in the “zone,” working for multiple hours!

This desk mobility flow is something I first put together for myself and then started giving it out to my clients. You can go through the routine once a day, partition it out over the course of the day or simply cherry pick your favorite movements from it. And if you like actionable and straight to the point routines like this, you’ll love my newsletter.

The Routine:

A1. Reverse Cossacks: 3-4 sets x 5 reps/side

A2. Wrist Peels: 3-4 sets x 10 reps/side

B1. One legged GM: 3 sets x 5 reps/side

B2. Lat-tri: 3 sets x 30 second hold

B

C1. Hip flexors: 10 reps x 3

C2. Calves: 30 sec/side x 3

This is something I often tell my remote clients; small and simple things done consistently make changes that are bigger than you may imagine.
