Program Overview

What is the programs main focus?

The program is divided between an upperbody pull day, an upper body push day and a lower body squat day. The pull day safely begins introducing individuals to building the necessary strength for one arm chin-ups. While the push day is focused on the specific strength and overhead mobility needed for handstand push-ups. The squat day then focuses on improving your ankle and hip mobility while teaching you proper muscles activation of your quads. There is also an additional handstand training session for those interested in developing a freestanding handstand.

How many days a week can I do this program?

Each of the above mentioned sessions can be performed 1-2x's a week, depending on how much time you want to dedicate towards training. The program covers many different splits and strategies for optimally dividing up your training.

Won't I loose muscle and strength not lifting weights?

Actually the completely opposite. This program will force you to train through a larger range of motion causing you to activate more muscle fibers resulting in increased strength and size.

How long does each training session take?
