Dr. Wes is super patient and programs around my chaotic schedule. He is always available to help give me tips and steer me in the right direction. I'm doing things now I thought were impossible even a few months ago and my chronic knee pain is feeling way better in the process. Gymnastics strength training is what anyone over 30 should be doing.

I physically look better now than when I was training twice a day, 6 days a week all while training only 3 days a week with Dr. Wes.
