I physically look better now than when I was training twice a day, 6 days a week all while training only 3 days a week with Dr. Wes. I am stronger now in different ways than I was before. I am more resilient in every joint of my body and most importantly, I am the most optimistic I have ever been in my movement capabilities now and in the future.
