Individual Design
Get your very own custom program that is specific to your goals, available equipment, time to train and injuries. Along with on going support from your coach to reach your goals faster. Ability level doesn’t matter, we love working with a diverse range of clients all around the world who want to invest in their health and wellbeing and love their training.
No Gym Program
This is a 6 week, minimal equipment program that focuses on introducing athletes safely to building strength for the the handstand push-up and one arm chin-up. While simultaneously increasing lower body strength and mobility. There is also bonus handstand training session. The program comes with over 2 hours of detailed instructional videos so you have a complete understanding of each movement.
Beyond The Gym
This program is expertly designed to build your upper body strength in gymnastic movements (one arm chin-up and handstand push-up) as well as keeping you balanced with lower body strength and mobility work. With a blend of gymnastics and bodybuilding movements you can expect to see massive progression not just in your strength, but also in your mobility and how your body feels day to day.
